AFHC
physicians perform many types of dermatologic procedures. Some
of these services include excision of benign lesions, removal
of skin tags, and treatment of warts. Our physicians also treat
actinic keratoses and acne. |

is the body's inability to make insulin or use it properly.
It is a controllable disease but requires lifelong management
by healthcare professionals and yourself. Refer to our Diabetes

Care |
Drs.
Ensz, Farris, Meade, Gill, and Zaruba care for our aging population
striving to help them maintain their independence and well being.
Three times a week our physicians are available to see residents
at the Good Samaritan Center. We also offer appointments at
our office for this age-defined group. |

recently updated lab with two registered lab technicians.
CLIA approved and offer services that includechemistries,
hematology, cholesterol screening, and
urinanalysis.

Referrals |
Able
to refer to numerous specialty clinics (i.e. cardiology, general
surgery, OB/GYN, pulmunology, ENT, orthopedics). Referrals also
made to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. |
| Obstetrics |
We
can confirm your pregnancy and provide OB care through your
second trimester. At that time, a referral is made to an obstetrician
of your choice. |
